Barbados hilton reviews

There are no kettles in the bedroom just a coffee making machine which was hit and miss and very slow. All I got when I asked when it would be open was 'I don't know' The pool jacuzzi was 'temporarily' closed more often than it was open. Most guests including myself struggled to get the parasols open in the heat from the sun and no staff to be seen to assist. No bar service on the beach and we barely saw anyone attending the beach area whilst we were there.

They are overlooked and the mirrors and doors were smeared with fingerprints the whole 10 days we stayed. Lifts are tired and in need of a re varnish or painting. We paid around $10 (Barbados) for curried pattie in the coffee shop which is around £4.60! and the equivalent of £14.50 for a small ceasar chicken wrap sandwich! You feel forced to pay the prices as there is limited choice of cafe and restaurants nearby the Hilton. the hotel is located on a peninsular is good with great sea views from the bedrooms.īar and restaurants are very overpriced for what's on offer and so is the coffee shop on site. Bedrooms have large comfortable beds and large TVs.

Staff are generally helpful and friendly. The hotel was mainly clean (some areas for improvement required).
